Concussion in sport before the Court - a mock trial

Synopsis:

This session will demonstrate how legal and medical issues that arise in concussion related claims are dealt with before the Court. The mock trial will focus on a hypothetical former professional athlete who is bringing a claim against his former sporting organisation. We will also hear from renowned concussion experts Dr Rowena Mobbs and Dr Adrian Cohen.
