Based on the statement, this study retests the effect of service quality and system quality on customer satisfaction. The data obtained in this study was obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires with a sample number of 120 respondents and there were 21 data that were not used because they did not meet the criteria in the study. Sampling techniques in this study is accidental sampling, the results of regression testing show that good quality of service will drive the level of customer satisfaction. The author believes that it is better to examine various critical literature in answering the above problems. For this reason, this study has reviewed more than 100 discussion topics and succeeded in obtaining approximately 50 topics summarized in a literature review involving a data coding system, in-depth data interpretation, and concluding that we believe the data is valid and reliable in answering the study problems. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. The study population was the quarterly financial reports, 2008-2018 using by totalling sampling in sampling so that 4x11=44 data units were obtained as the sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression through the use of SPSS Ver.25. The analysis shows that the current ratio and return on assets have a significant positive effect and the other causality showing return on equity has a significant negative effect on working capital.

This study aims to determine the effect of village fund allocation and original village income on... more This study aims to determine the effect of village fund allocation and original village income on village spending. This research approach is quantitative. The population in this study is the financial statements of the village for the years 2016-2018 in 4 villages that were sampled in the District of Malimbong Balepe, Tana Toraja Regency. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis provide evidence that the allocation of village funds has a significant positive effect on village expenditure, while the other independent variables, namely original income of the village have no effect and a significant negative effect on village spending. Village fund allocation is the dominant variable influencing village spending.

The results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis provide evidence that compensation and work motivation shown are proven to increase employee job satisfaction. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Utama Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada 58 karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil analisis memberikan bukti bahwa belum baiknya karakteristik pekerjaan ditunjukkan melalui otonomi dan umpan balik yang memiliki arah berlawanan dengan kepuasan kerja, sehingga karakteristik pekerjaan belum mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Karakteristik individu yang baik diakibatkan kemampuan searah positif dan nyata dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja yang ditunjukkan melalui tingkat kompetensi yang tinggi menjadi penentu keberhasilan. Penerikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purvosive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 62 ASN dan yang dapat dianalisis hanya 41 ASN. Hasil pengujian regresi memberikan bukti bahwa Tingginya Disiplin Kerja yang ditunjukkan melalui Pelaksanaa tugas serarah positif dan nyata dalam meningkatkan kinerja ASN, sehingga disiplin kerja yang tinggi mampu meningkatkan kinerja ASN yang tinggi, Pengalaman Kerja yang tinggi diakibatkan penguasaan pekerjaan serarah positif dan nyata dalam meningkatkan kinerja ASN yang ditunjukan melalui lama waktu atau masa kerja yang rendah dan yang dialami ASN menjadi penentu keberhasilan pekerjaan ASN.

It is testing and explaining the effect of organizational justice toward OCB mediated by organizational commitment and trust in managers to nurses in Makassar City Hospitals. The instrument is questionnaire survey. The sample is decided by proportional stratified random sampling. Respondents are 134 nurses. The data analysis used is structural equation modeling (SEM). Results of this study indicate that personality, trust in managers and organizational commitment affect significantly the OCB, but organizational justice does not affect OCB. In addition, organizational justice affects significantly the trust in managers and organizational commitment. Finally, the findings can prove that organizational commitment and the trust in managers can act as a complete mediation of the relationship between organizational justices and OCB. Berarti iklim organisasi lebih besar kontribusinya daripada etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
