Concrete is the second mostly used construction material after water. A huge quantity of concrete is asked by the society per year. This need of concrete is fulfilled by local RMC plants. But these Ready Mix Concrete factories use lot of fresh water for making of concrete. Here we decided to differentiate alkaline water and total solids from RMC waste sludge. Then we treated alkaline water by various methods such as oil removal and addition of Hcl. After treatment of alkaline water we used both the treated and untreated water in fresh concrete. Total solids will be kept aside for disposal like filling or dumping, thus making it an environment friendly process.

But this method fails to achieve the closed loop aspect of control. Dedicated controllers in conjunction with control and now we use Fuzzy Logic Controller.

From modal generation, analysis and design to visualization and result verification, STAAD.Pro and ETABS is the professional's choice. Test results including base shear and story drift are presented and get effective lateral load resisting system. Also gives the value of modal mass participation, design results of beam and column with shear wall. In this study, the seismic response of the structures is investigated under earthquake excitation expressed in the form of member forces, joint displacement. The response is investigated for G+20 building structures by using STAAD. Pro and ETABS designing software.

Widespread use of the forklift truck had revolutionized warehousing practices before the middle of the 20th century. A mixture of material handling systems is in the use, exact from that entirely physical to the ones that are semi-automatic but manually controlled. Forklifts have revolutionized warehouse work. They made it possible for one person to move 100 kg at once. Well-maintained and safely operated forklifts make lifting and transporting cargo infinitely easier. This is the general description of a normal forklift truck.. In the warehouses forklifts are the most expensive machines. The study pays special attention to the travelling of these machines. Factories, industries and storage go downs need forklifts and cranes for storage and moving large goods. Also there are a number of goods weighing around 40 – 60 kg that are comparatively lighter but cannot be moved around easily by human labour. To fill this need we here propose a three wheel drive forklift to lift and transport such medium weight goods across factories & industrial warehouses. The three wheel drive is a fast, efficient and low power consumption vehicle that does not require much space to move around. The mini forklift will run on a hub motor and can drive small weight with pickup arrangement across small distances easily. For this we use a mini three wheel vehicle body frame designed with a platform with motorized wheel mounts. It has a perpendicular handle ahead to hold on as well as take turns. To make the project work more realistic, much importance is given for practical orientation, therefore a prototype module is constructed for the demonstration purpose. This module simulates the real working system & based on this technology with slight changes in the structure & motor ratings, the system can be converted for real applications.

The aspects of proper proportioning and proper curing, mineral admixtures and the mixing ratio of aggregates(coarse& fine aggregate) holds utmost importance in respect of mechanical & fresh properties of SCC. Current application of SCC is concentrated on more reliable, high performance and better quality. Self-compacting concrete (SCC), is a non-segregating, flow-able concrete that fills framework and congested reinforcement, without any vibration. Adjustments to conventional mixes and additional of super plasticizers creates flow-able SCC. The investigation in laboratory was conducted to evaluate 3,7,28 days compressive strength by changing proportion of fly-ash, silica fumes and stone-dust with cement in SCC. The addition of stone-dust, silica fumes and fly ash render numerous advantages regarding compressive strength.

This study as a whole makes an effort to evaluate the effect of various irregularities on RC buildings using IS 1893:2002 and IS 1893:2016 in terms of dynamic characteristics.

Beam-column connection is considered to be one of the potentially weaker components when a structure is subjected to seismic loading. In this study seismic analysis is carried out using response spectra method and its devastations are mentioned. Furthermore pushover analysis is mentioned to check safety against collapse and steel bracings are used in frames to provide sufficient stiffness. In this paper various figures are illustrated for beam column failure mechanism are also given.

Casting defects are unusually not by accidents, they occur because some step in manufacturing cycle does not get properly controlled and somewhere something goes wrong. They are caused by wrong practice in one or more of the basic operations involved in the casting process as in the equipment used, or by the design of the part. A defect may be the result of a single clearly defined cause or a combination of factors, in which case necessary preventive measures are more obscure. If not controlled the rejection may be up to 50% also. Hence close control and standardization of all aspects of manufacturing techniques offers the best control against the occurrence of defects in castings. Normally castings also contain certain imperfections and discontinuity which contribute to a normal quality variation. Such imperfections are considered as defects when they affect the appearance or the satisfactory sound functioning of the casting. Defective casting offers ever-present problems to the foundry industry. Defective casting account higher losses to sand casting industry. Hence a systematic study can overcome the defects.

For better process performance each component would be assigned a bin in the production line, and the material handler would be in charge of loading the components into the bins and need to have proper design analysis (DA). This resulted less material on the production floor, better utilization of the company's transportation trucks, and more efficient material flow since smaller batches are easier to control and transport within the facility. This resulted in a simpler, more intuitive database which will facilitate the data recollection process and a better record for scrap/reworked materials. This project, Freight Data Analysis, creating a detailed freight database so all the data could be found in a single place and creating a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Both of these solutions were aimed towards creating a better record and control for the freight expenses. With more detailed and accessible records it will be easier to identify opportunities to reduce costs and control freight expenses; it will guarantee that all expenses regarding fright are thorough hlyexamined before being approved in fabrication and assembling of different components etc .Keywords-Production methodology of part production and failure analysis.

Its design and features are generally different from car. The objective of this paper is to design and analyse the most important component of Go-kart that is chassis frame. We called it most important because it hold all different assemblies which help the Go-kart to be in live condition such as Breaking assembly, Steering Assembly and transition assembly. Chassis Frame bears all the loads acting on it and transmit it to ground. In motor sports First priority is given to Driver's safety. So, we try design the Chassis Frame in such a way that it bears the load of over weighted driver too. In this research we locate most influencing position with suitable load and calculate the deflection using software and numerical basis. We design the frame in CATIA V5R18 software and analysis for optimising the strength is done by using Ansys 14.5 software. We choose the material AISI 4130 which is best suitable to use for Go-kart chassis. It has good weld ability, high tensile strength for better opposition to bending moment acting due to the loads.

They also need improved agriculture tools. Pin Quadrant is very important part of quadrant sub-assembly used in cultivator. The design of a multipart fixture is a highly complex and intuitive process, which require knowledge. Fixture design plays an important role at the setup planning phase. Proper fixture design is crucial for developing product quality in different terms of accuracy, surface finish and precision of the machined parts. Fixture is required in various industries according to their application. This can be achieved by selecting the optimal location of fixturing elements such as locators and clamps. The fixture set up for component is done manually. The main objective of the report is to design the fixture for complex geometry. This geometry is having different machining operation. Major operations are Milling and Hole Drilling on different sides. These operations are to be carried out in VMC keeping the objective of minimization of the cycle time as well. In this project, we designed a Multi-part Fixture for Pin Quadrant of Quadrant sub-assembly of Cultivator. The CAD model of multipart fixture was generated as per the data collected, objectives of the project, references etc. After the CAD model generation, FEM and FEA was carried out and the results were discussed in order to finalize the design.

Hence these unwanted vibrations are needed to be suppressed or damped out while machining. Therefore the present work concentrates and aims on study of different controllable parameter that affect the responses like vibration amplitude and roughness of machined part. The part to be machined is kept on sandwich of plates made up of polymer and composite material. The sandwich along with the part to be machined ate fixed on the slotted table of horizontal milling machine. The parameters that can easily be controlled are feed, RPM of cutter, depth of cut, and number of plates that form the secondary bed material. Common up-milling operation was carried out in controlled manner. Vibration signals were recorded on the screen of phosphorous storage oscilloscope and surface roughness of machined plate was found from the Talysurf. Finite element analysis (FEA) was carried out to know the resonance frequencies at which the structure should not be excited. In the course of the FEA some important facts have come up that lead to set some of the steps of precautions during the experimentation. Response surface methodology (RSM) is used to develop the model equation for each set of plate material.
