Likewise, there are several small-scale industries and startups that are currently active in our country. The countries like India where population holds the second place in the world small-scale enterprises are of the great importance. As far as the medium and the big industrial setups are concerned, there are always some methodologies that are adopted in order to enhance its growth and minimize the wastages. While in case of the small enterprises, there is no any as such provision for applying any lean manufacturing or management technique for enhancing the work culture and minimization of the wastages. In this regard, a very known 5s technique (lean manufacturing method) is applied in one of the small industries located in a district of Uttar Pradesh Aligarh. The name of the industry is “Reliable Tools,” and it is known for manufacturing the locks and its parts. After applying this technique, the results and the final effects of this technique were analyzed based on the wastages of materials, time and other miscellaneous items. Finally, the results are concluded by comparing costs incurred before and after applying this 5s technique.

The fins also reduce the time required for preheating the saline water. In this work, the fins are attached with the basin to influence the productivity of the thermal energy storage medium (fly ash partiles-3 kg) solar still and other parameters like water temperature and vapour temperature etc. The experimental works are carried out in passive solar still for various quantity of water to find the optimum value. Then, the experiments have been conducted using fly ash particles with optimum quantity of water and varying the number of fins. Finally, the performance of the solar still using fly ash particles with optimum fins is compared to without fins below the similar climate condition. The customized solar still with optimum fins configuration produces 41% more distilled water.

X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman Spectroscopy present the structural, chemical and optical properties of zinc oxide nanoparticles. Patterns from XRD show that the ZnO nanoparticles with a mean size 25 nm are made from a Wurtzite structure. Raman dispersion displays a sharp, strong E2 pitch, with a maximum of nearly 439 cm, which also lends a rootstock structure to nano-zinc oxide. It also adds nanoparticles (NPs) to their inherent toxicity, which is either totally overlooked or poorly investigated. The result of analysis shows a comparison of toxins and dangers derived from ZnO's chemical, physical and biological processes. In addition, the focus should be on developing environmentally compatible ZnO synthesis techniques, particularly organic approaches that remain relatively less dangerous then required to be enhanced with check of response situations in order to achieve the anticipated results and features.

Supernatant of Bacillus badius organism is used for the reduction of Cadmium Sulphate to Cadmium Sulphide nano particle. The Cadmium Suphide nano particle have been confirmed through the UV–Visible spectra, which shows a characteristic absorption at 425 nm corresponding to the surface Plasmon absorbance of Cadmium Suphide nano particles. XRD data of the Cadmium Sulphide nano particles shows line broadening effect and the particle size evaluated using Scherrer equation. A fine distribution of nano particles is observed from the AFM image and the surface topography, Particles size etc is measured and found in the range of 40–80 nm. The process of reduction being extracellular and fast may lead to the development of an easy bioprocess for synthesis of Cadmium Sulphide nano particles.

Our research is about, how we could properly use the Scrap Rubber as a Replacement material to Coarse Aggregate in Concrete and minimize the use of Coarse Aggregate. Concrete is a versatile, legendary and supremely strong material which is manufactured with the combination of Cement with Aggregates and Water. It is used in Construction of Structural Elements like Foundations, Columns, Beams and Slabs. It has been ruling the Construction industry since mid 1800‟s. By Replacing Coarse Aggregate with Rubber, it will save the Environment against Pollution from Rubber and Extraction of Aggregates through Quarrying.
