PbSe-based thermoelectric materials exhibit promising ZT values at medium temperature, but its ne... more PbSe-based thermoelectric materials exhibit promising ZT values at medium temperature, but its near-room-temperature thermoelectric properties are overlooked, thus restricting its average ZT (ZTave) value at low-medium temperatures. Here, a high ZTave of 0.90 at low temperature (300–573 K) is reported in n-type PbSe-based thermoelectric material (Pb1.02Se0.72Te0.20S0.08−0.3%Cu), resulting in a large ZTave of 0.96 at low-medium temperatures (300–773 K). This high thermoelectric performance stems from its ultralow lattice thermal conductivity caused by dense dislocations through heavy Te/S alloying and Cu interstitial doping. The dislocation density evaluated by modified Williamson-Hall method reaches up to 5.4 × 1016 m−2 in Pb1.02Se0.72Te0.20S0.08−0.3%Cu. This study discovers the transcription profiles and functional networks in long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) and messenger RNA (mRNA) in subcutaneous adipose tissue. Subcutaneous adipose tissue was collected from piglet, nursery pig, early fattening, and late fattening stage of Ningxiang piglets, and lncRNA and mRNA transcription of each stage was profiled. The local oscillator (LO) signal is divided by the power divider into 16 ways and transmits to the TeraLDA. Each detector contains a planar unified antenna printed on a 150 μm-thick sapphire substrate and a transistor fabricated on AlGaN/GaN heterostructure. In this paper, a treatment technique that combines reduction, adsorption, and solidification was proposed. By introducing an adsorbent into the reduction process, the remediation effectiveness was improved and the amount of reducing and solidified agent was decreased. Synthetic precipitation leaching procedure (SPLP), unconfined compressive strength (UCS) test, and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis were carried out to evaluate the remediation effect under different agent combinations and different agent-adding procedures. The results of SPLP showed that the reduction/adsorption/solidification treatment significantly reduced the leachability of Cr. UCS increased with increasing dosage of cement and CaS5, and decreased with an increasing dosage of vermiculite. Enhancing the sense of participation, access, and well-being of older adults is the goal of China’s aging development. This study, taking urban–rural difference as the entry point, examined the difference in subjective well-being between urban and rural older learners. A total of 2,007 older adults learners (n = 2007) aged over 50 years were recruited in Zhejiang, Anhui, and Shandong Provinces in China, including 773 rural older adults and 1,234 urban older adults. This study found that there was a significant positive correlation between senior learning and the subjective well-being of urban and rural older adult learners. Furthermore, there was a significant difference between the subjective well-being of urban and rural older adult learners’ and there was also an urban–rural difference between the effects of older adult learning on the subjective well-being. Here, we systematically analyzed circRNAs in skeletal muscle and subcutaneous fat in four growth time points (30 days, 90 days, 150 days and 210 days after birth) of a Chinese native pig breed, Ningxiang pigs. A total of 1171 differentially expressed (DE) circRNAs between muscle and fat were identified, including 562 upregulated and 609 downregulated circRNAs. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of these DE circRNAs revealed that host genes were mainly involved in glycogen metabolism signaling pathways, muscle development signaling pathways such as ErbB pathway and adipocytokine signaling pathways and AMPK signaling pathways and fatty acid biosynthesis. A total of 69 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were identified and assigned into 5 phyla and 27 genera, with Eurotium as the predominant genus in all samples. Hunan (HN) sample had the strongest fungal diversity and richness, followed by Guangxi (GX) sample, and Zhejiang (ZJ) sample had the lowest. GX sample had higher amounts of gallic acid (GA), total catechins, gallocatechin (GC), and epicatechin gallate (ECG) as well as antioxidant activity than the other samples.
