Pada penelitian ini digunakan analisis perbandingan model karakteristik lalu lintas berdasarkan metode Greenshield dan metode Greenberg. Pada Kedua metode tersebut akan dilakukan perbandingan antara kepadatan, arus, dan kecepatan kendaraan agar memberikan solusi yang optimal untuk pergerakan kendaraan pada ruas jalan P.H.H Mustafa Kota Bandung. Pada metode Greenshields didapatkan Volume Maksimum (VM) 3788,37 smp/jam, Kepadatan Maksimum (DM) 163,68 smp/km dan Kecepatan saat volume maksimum (SM)= 23,145 km/jam, pada metode Greenberg Volume maksimum(VM) 3491,99 smp/jam, Kepadatan Maksimum (DM) 474,32 smp/km dan Kecepatan saat volume maksimum (SM) 19,96 km/jam. Income smoothing is proxied using the Eckel index. This research is a quantitative research and the objects in this research are manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. Selection of sample criteria was carried out by purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria and obtained data of 282 samples obtained from 94 companies. Testing the hypothesis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of STATA software version 16. The results of this study indicate that 1) company size has no effect on income smoothing; 2) profitability has no effect on income smoothing; and 3) managerial ownership has no effect on income smoothing. Thus, employees will work voluntarily even outside their duties and responsibilities. This study aims to investigate the interactions between reward systems and organizational citizenship behavior, considering work satisfaction as a mediating factor. This paper employs a quantitative methodology. Thirty-eight agricultural extension employees from the Agricultural Office in Labuhanbatu Regency, Indonesia, served as the samples. SEM (SmartPLS) approach was utilized to analyze the data. The findings discovered that the reward system has a favorable and considerable impact on job satisfaction.
