The COVID-19 pandemic created novel conditions for researching travel behavior and tourists’ reac... more The COVID-19 pandemic created novel conditions for researching travel behavior and tourists’ reactions in times of crisis, which largely differs from previous studies of travel behavior affected by local risks or lower travel and recreational risks. This study aims to provide an understanding of the relationship between tourist personality (MINI IPIP-6 and sensation seeking), tourists’ reactions to travel risk perception and changes in their travel behavior influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic. To explore this, a global survey including 905 respondents from four countries (Spain, Croatia, Serbia and Russia) was conducted, while data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in AMOS. The findings suggest that tourist personality affects the changes in travel behavior influenced by COVID-19, both directly and via their reactions to travel risk.

The word-szallas is of Hungarian origin and means a country estate with a house and stables, cattle, agricultural tools and equipment in Vojvodina (north part of Serbia) and Hungary. Morphologically, they are scattered settlements away from the town. Most of them are placed in Backa, and in north and middle of Banat region. In accordance with available data, construction of szallas farms began in the middle of 18th century, and most of them was constructed in the second half of 19th century and the first decade of 20th century. Many ''salaši'' are catering to tourists with full comfortable accommodation and some include an outdoor swimming-pool, horse-farm or other recreational options. The subject of this paper is a survey on habits and attitudes of consumers about products with GI in Serbia. The aim of this paper is to examine the level of familiarity, attitudes, and habits of consumers, as well as to determine the knowledge and interest in these products. Citizens of Serbia participated in the research (n = 399). The methodology is based on a questionnaire that obtained the data that were processed via t-test statistical methods for independent samples, one-factor analysis of variance, the χ² test, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Based on the conducted research, it can be stated that about 70% of respondents are willing to pay a higher price for these products.

Since Instagram is one of the most widely used social media, the main goal of this research was to find out how much it affects the choice of travel destination. With regard to the history of wine tourism, all recent literature has presented it as a young bra... more With regard to the history of wine tourism, all recent literature has presented it as a young branch of tourism that has been developing intensively at the end of the 20th century. It is believed that the roots of wine tourism originate from France, while the first commercial wine tours were organized in California. When it comes to Serbia, few researches point out that wine tourism has been developing since the 1990s, and that the pioneers of that endeavour are two wineries in Šumadija: Aleksandrović and Radovanović. However, historical facts show otherwise. Wine tourism has existed in Serbia for more than 120 years, while its beginnings go back more than 155 years. This paper, created by researching the path of the Constantinople Wine Route, is an overview of currently available historical material that aims to prove the above mentioned and it is the first of its kindin Serbia. More precisely, this paper presents the first written overview of wine tourism history in Serbia.

It is a new idea that is gaining acceptance worldwide. This study is a reflection on how this type of tourism might grow in Vojvodina. The first goal of this study was to examine the characteristics of tourists who visited Vojvodina and to examine which destinations in Vojvodina are the most visited. Finally, the primary objective of the article was to investigate the motives travelers choose to travel to Vojvodina. Based on the research data of 243 participants who visited destinations in Vojvodina, two factors that motivate tourists (research and leisure) were identified, using the Exploratory Factor Analysis. Future studies on this subject in the surrounding countries can take advantage of the research methodology.

In addition to the theoretical and empirical examination of sustainable drinking habits regarding different types of instant espresso coffee in Serbia, the aim was to define, by applying the theory of planned behavior, the relationship between certain factors that influence instant espresso coffee beverage reselection. The research model was developed using a sample of 1385 soluble/instant espresso coffee consumers. Structural equation modeling was applied to test the conceptual model and research hypotheses. The results indicate a statistically significant influence of certain predictors on the intention of consumers to rechoose soluble/instant coffee.
