So, the purpose of this research was to examine the effect of BA, BI, PV, and PQ towards BL on H&M consumers in Jakarta. The population is H&M consumers with a total of 309 respondents. The method used in distributing the questionnaires is a purposive sampling method. The questionnaires are distributed online in google form and then the data were analyzed using Smart]PLS software version 3.3.3. The results of the data show that BI, PV, PQ has a positive effect on BL on H&M consumers in Jakarta. Meanwhile, BA not has a significant effect on BL on H&M consumers in Jakarta.

One of them is a restaurant with a buffet concept. While maintaining existing consumers is critical to competing today, this study focuses on factors influencing brand loyalty. OPPA GALBI is a Korean restaurant with a buffet concept. A sample in this study of 300 respondents at OPPA GALBI restaurants in Tanjung Duren. This study obtained that service quality, brand image, perceived quality, brand awareness, brand association positively influence brand loyalty.

Data analysis used Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). This study used a purposive sampling method by distributing online questionnaires via google form to 180 respondents. The results showed that environmental concern, attitude and perceived behavioral control had a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase green skincare products, while subjective norms and availability did not significantly affect the intention to purchase green skincare products. Dengan adanya logo halal dalam kemasan makanan, akan berpengaruh terhadap behavior of halal labeled-food shopping Sari Roti di Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh spirituality, subjective norm, image, trust dan intention terhadap behavior of halal labeled-food shopping Sari Roti di Jakarta. Sampel dipilih sebanyak 220 responden konsumen Sari Roti di Jakarta. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program Smart-PLS 3.2.9.
