The population of this study was all students of class XI IPA State High School 1 Rumbia. The sample in this study of students was in class XI IPA 1 amounted to 34 as an experimental class, and students in class XI IPA 2 numbered 34 as the control class. The research design used was Non-Equivalent Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The data were tested with N-gain analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, Independent Sample T-test, and Effect Size test. One group pretest posttest design was used in this study with one sample t test and N-gain test are used for data analysis. The test results show significant differences between pretest and posttest score and also the N-gain category obtained on each indicator of higher order thinking skills, namely medium category for analyze and evaluate and also high category for create. Through the effect size test, this worksheet has also been shown to provide a moderate effect on analyzing indicators and a strong effect on evaluating and creating indicators. The research method is using a pre-experimental design with One-Shot case study type. The study population was students of class IX MTs Al-Islah in Pesawaran Lampung. A sample of one class consisting of 30 people was obtained by purposive sumpling. Data analysis was done by using descriptive concerning creativity, product, and response of students to see effectiveness of learning. The results showed that the application of student worksheet based on project based learning is overall effective to foster creativity of student. Based on the average of student’s creativity, the result is 80% which categorized as “creative.” Based on the average of student’s product, the result is 76.2% which categorized as “valuable.” The student’s response is positive as much as 92% which categorized as “very agree.”

Many schools forbid their students to bring mobile phones to school. This study was aimed to describe the perceptions of physics teachers in Lampung Province regarding the use of mobile phones to study physics. Data was collected from 39 physics teachers from various districts in Lampung Province. The Likert scale with a range of 1 to 5 was used. Descriptive quantitative data analysis was carried out. The results showed that most teachers agree /strongly agree: (1) to utilize mobile phones in learning physics both inside and outside of the classroom, (2) the tendency of students to use mobile phones make the physics learning process efficient. It could strengthen and improve the quality of the learning process.
