T... more In the area of suburb there are different processes and proceedings of special transformations. This processes are mostly planning work, that are aimed at changes in destination of areas and divisions of real estate, which are aimed at adapting these real estate to their new destination. The aim of these analyses is to reveal an impact that administrative decisions which approve projects of divisions have on development of suburbs. The research contain suburbs of Łomża. The scope of research covers the period from 2004 to 2006. The research contains so the scale of the occurrence as its influence on the local real estate market. The main measure of development was a change in the value of new real estate that arose after divisions. As a hypothesis it was assumed that divisions of real estate have an result in an increase in the value of real estate therefore they have an impact on development of suburbs.

This systems are part of green infrastructure (GI) and National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI). GI are very important for the urban environment, and it improves the quality of life. There are various types of urban greenery. The green IS can support the management, maintenance, monitoring, protection and revitalization of urban greenery and all GI. This systems contribute to the sustainable development of urban areas, the development of smart and green cities and spatially enabled societies where community members are involved in local projects. In Poland, few cities have so far taken the effort to create a green IS due to the costs of starting and maintaining the system. Wartość nieruchomości, w kontekście jej ceny transakcyjnej, przedstawia wyrażony w jednostkach pieniężnych miernik przedmiotowych cech rynkowych nieruchomości. Ma to na celu przekształcenie tego systemu we współczesny kataster nieruchomości, spełniający założenia opracowane przez FIG i FAO. Modernizacja katastru wiąże się także z budową zintegrowanego systemu informacji o nieruchomościach (ZSIN) oraz dostosowaniem zakresu informacyjnego i formatów wymiany danych do standardów krajów członkowskich Unii Europejskiej. Kataster ma być także głównym źródłem zasilającym system podatków od nieruchomości w informację o nieruchomościach. W tym celu wprowadzono do rejestrów ewidencji gruntów i budynków nowy atrybut, zwany wartością katastralną. This study focuses on road accessibility in rural areas where an insufficient number and scope of international and domestic investments can lead to an imbalance in the transport infrastructure. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate road accessibility at the level of the NUTS4 units in view of their sustainable development and their divergence from rural units that are less distant from the main transport routes. The studied area—a province—is situated in the northeast of Poland. Data concerning the travel time, condition, and density of the road network were analysed to develop and compare the measures of road accessibility in individual units and to perform an overall assessment of the NUTS4 units. Public waters are surrounded by property belonging to various owners. The legal title to property is exercised throughout that property, but certain limitations apply to properties situated in the proximity of public waters. These limitations include the right to cross the property, and public access to water. The article discusses various legal restrictions that permit third parties to use land. The presence of legal limitations in the national information system was verified. Information on restrictions in land use considerably affect the owner’s right to property, which is why owners should be able to determine whether their property is encumbered by an easement. National information systems are currently being upgraded in Poland, and the availability of information on land use restrictions was analyzed in the existing databases.

Some of its aspects may lead to unsustainable growth and dispersion of built–up area. The main causes of this process are increases in costs of transportation, infrastructure and nature conservation. There is a threat of uncontrolled spread of development as a result of urbanization processes, particularly in suburban municipalities.
