Questionnaires were distributed to emphasize the objectivity of the 43 respondents' statements in a quantitative, descriptive, associative approach. The evaluation of the model was carried out by testing the reflective relationship with partial least squares based on structural equation modeling or PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS statistical application. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on motivation, but not significantly on performance. However, the role of motivation is able to mediate leadership on performance with a positive and significant effect. In organometallic complexes of indium, it forms different types of complexes with single, double, triple and tetra linkages by coordinating with numerous elements like C, N, O and S and also with some other elements like Se and Ru. So, the present study comprises all the possible ways to synthesize the indium complexes by reacting with different organic ligands; most of them are N-heterocyclic carbenes, amines, amides and phenols. RPC are the heart of the muon system of CMS experiment at LHC, CERN. Recently a new endcap layer,... more RPC are the heart of the muon system of CMS experiment at LHC, CERN. Recently a new endcap layer, RE4, was added to increase redundancy. These added chambers were tested during the construction period with cosmic muons in the 904 lab at Prevessin, CERN. This study analyzes the HV scan from those tests and compares them with the first 2015 collision data taken at Point-5. The analysis showed that most of the chambers were producing more than 90% efficiency and were in good agreement with the Point-5 results. Those which did not give good results were reported. Improving the post-processing of metallic porous tissue scaffolds is an essential step to create ... more Improving the post-processing of metallic porous tissue scaffolds is an essential step to create a new generation of superelastic implants for the replacement of damaged bone tissue. In this study, the dynamic chemical etching technique is applied to improve the permeability and to optimize the porous structure of Ti-Nb-Zr scaffolds fabricated by the powder metallurgy-based space holder technique. The etched scaffolds are characterized in terms of their porous structure geometry, permeability, and mechanical properties. It is shown that an increase in porosity from 49% to 54% during the etching is mainly due to an increase in the number of 100 to 800 μm-diameter pores, from 30% to 50% of them measuring from 100 to 300 μm in size. These changes in the porous structure lead to a significant increase of its permeability, i.e., from (0.1–15) × 10−11 m2 before etching to (44–91) × 10−11 m2, after etching; these permeability ranges corresponding to those of bone tissues. In this paper, we discuss the cone of copositive tensors and its approximation. We describe some ... more In this paper, we discuss the cone of copositive tensors and its approximation. We describe some basic properties of copositive tensors and positive semidefinite tensors. Specifically, we show that a non-positive tensor (or Z-tensor) is copositive if and only if it is positive semidefinite. We also describe cone hierarchies that approximate the copositive cone. These hierarchies are based on the sum of squares conditions and the non-negativity of polynomial coefficients. We provide a compact representation for the approximation based on the non-negativity of polynomial coefficients. As an immediate consequence of this representation, we show that the approximation based on the non-negativity of polynomial coefficients is polyhedral. Furthermore, these hierarchies are used to provide approximation results for optimizing a (homogeneous) polynomial over the simplex.

The proper conceptus elongation in ruminants is critical for the successful placentation and esta... more The proper conceptus elongation in ruminants is critical for the successful placentation and establishment of pregnancy. We have previously shown that the trophectoderm-specific knockdown of LIN28A/B in day 9 ovine blastocysts resulted in increased let-7 miRNAs and reduced conceptus elongation at day 16 of gestation. In this current study, by transcriptome analysis of LIN28A knockdown (AKD) or LIN28B knockdown (BKD) trophectoderm (TE), we explored the downstream target genes of the LIN28-let-7 axis and their roles in the placental and fetal development. We identified 449 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in AKD TE and 1214 DEGs in BKD TE compared to non-targeting control (NTC). Our analysis further revealed that 210 downregulated genes in AKD TE and 562 downregulated genes in BKD TE were the potential targets of let-7 miRNAs. Selama ini, pengujian campuran aspal di laboratorium hampir selalu menggunakan alat Marshall. Pen... more Selama ini, pengujian campuran aspal di laboratorium hampir selalu menggunakan alat Marshall. Pengujian Marshall tersebut dimaksudkan untuk menentukan ketahanan (stability) dan kelelehan (flow) berdasarkan gaya tekan yang diberikan. Padahal kenyataan di lapangan, pada saat suatu lapis perkerasan jalan menerima beban kendaraan yang melintas di atasnya, material lapis permukaan akan mendapatkan gaya tekan pada bagian atas, dan akan mendapatkan gaya tarikpada bagian bawahnya. Kemampuan material dalam menerima gaya tarik perlu diketahui, dalam hal ini dapat menggunakan alat ITS (Indirect Tensile Strength). Alat ITS yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini merupakan hasil modifikasi dari alat Marshall. Pengujian ITS merupakan suatu metode untuk menentukan nilai gaya tarik dari campuran aspal beton. pengujian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikasi akan terjadinya retak di lapangan. Pengujian ini hampir sama dengan pengujian marshall, yang membedakan hanyalah pada pengujian kuat tarik tak langsung tidak memakai cincin penguji, namun menggunakan plat berbentuk cekung dengan lebar 12,5 mm pada bagian penekan marshall. Dalam penelitian ini, akan didapatkan dua parameter nilai yaitu Marshall Stability dan ITS. Selanjutnya, dua parameter nilai tersebut kemudian dihubungkan sehingga dihasilkan suatu hubungan (korelasi) antara kadua nilai tersebut. Peneliti memilih campuran agregat AC-WC (Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course) karena lapisan ini mengalami kontak langsung dengan roda ketika kendaraan melintas diatasnya. The aim to conduct present research was to evaluate the chemical composition of ethanolic extract... more The aim to conduct present research was to evaluate the chemical composition of ethanolic extract of Rhazya stricta. The ethanolic extracts obtained were converted into two types. The first extract was left as it is in greenish form whereas the second one was made colorless by using activated charcoal. Total phenolic and flavonoid contents of both extracts were also determined. The chemical composition of ethanolic extract of Rhazya stricta was evaluated by using HPLC–PDA. The compounds which were identified by HPLC–PDA were 14. Quercetin, kaempferol pentoside, p-coumaric acid, catechin, quercetin-rhamno-di-hexoside, carnosol, methyl carnosate, carnosic acid, apigenin, kaempferol, caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid and rosmarinic acid. Total phenolic and flavonoid contents of ethanolic extract of Rhazya stricta were 148.25 ± 0.02 (mg GAE/g) and 479.62 ± 0.04 (mg CE/g). Colorless extract was also examined by HPLC–PDA. Eleven compounds were analyzed in it. These compounds were gallic acid, galloyl catechin, cirsimaritin, epicatechin, quercetin pentoside, ellagic acid, di-galloyl coumaroyl hexoside, kaempferol pentoside, afzelin, tiliroside and tri-p-coumaroyl spermidine. Total phenolic and flavonoid contents of colorless extract were 106.67 ± 0.57 (mg GAE/g) and 243.72 ± 0.01 (mg CE/g). Kaempferol pentoside is the common compound in both greenish and colorless extract.

The aim to conduct present research was to evaluate the chemical composition of ethanolic extract... more The aim to conduct present research was to evaluate the chemical composition of ethanolic extract of Rhazya stricta. The ethanolic extracts obtained were converted into two types. The first extract was left as it is in greenish form whereas the second one was made colorless by using activated charcoal. Total phenolic and flavonoid contents of both extracts were also determined. The chemical composition of ethanolic extract of Rhazya stricta was evaluated by using HPLC–PDA. The compounds which were identified by HPLC–PDA were 14. Quercetin, kaempferol pentoside, p-coumaric acid, catechin, quercetin-rhamno-di-hexoside, carnosol, methyl carnosate, carnosic acid, apigenin, kaempferol, caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid and rosmarinic acid. Total phenolic and flavonoid contents of ethanolic extract of Rhazya stricta were 148.25 ± 0.02 (mg GAE/g) and 479.62 ± 0.04 (mg CE/g). Colorless extract was also examined by HPLC–PDA. Eleven compounds were analyzed in it. These compounds were gallic acid, galloyl catechin, cirsimaritin, epicatechin, quercetin pentoside, ellagic acid, di-galloyl coumaroyl hexoside, kaempferol pentoside, afzelin, tiliroside and tri-p-coumaroyl spermidine. Total phenolic and flavonoid contents of colorless extract were 106.67 ± 0.57 (mg GAE/g) and 243.72 ± 0.01 (mg CE/g). Kaempferol pentoside is the common compound in both greenish and colorless extract.
