The paper is part of the results study in 3 (three) cities in DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java Province, Republic of Indonesia with a sample of three senior high schools each taken by purposive technique, especially good criteria and have teacher guidance and counseling status. From each school 20 high school teachers were randomly drawn to answer the questionnaire distributed to them. The questionnaire was previously validated and reliable using the product moment test criteria from Pearson and Cronbach Alpha with the help of the SPSS program version 24.0. This research is a case study in three Vocational Schools with a sample of 120 people from 11-12th grade students. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and analyzed with the help of the Lisrel 8.80 program. This study found that the School Management (SM) and Industrial Environment (IE) variables had a positive effect on the Teaching Factory (TF) variable. Furthermore, all three variables (SM, IE, and TF) have a positive effect on the absorption variable of vocational high school graduates (ALV). Even the SM and IE variables have a greater positive effect than TF on the ALV variable. This means that the Tefa (TF) program still does not support graduates in getting jobs, especially because it is more directed towards low skills and unable to meet DUDI needs for middle and highs level competencies. This study aims to determine the condition of student nationalism in the border area, as well as ... more This study aims to determine the condition of student nationalism in the border area, as well as the role of a number of parties that influence its formation. The results are suggested to draw conclusions on how to increase student nationalism. We find that the nationalism conditions of students in the border area resulted in a moderate performance, and susceptible to be influenced by various stimuli, both from within the country and neighboring countries. The evidence presented in this analysis points to the fact that these stimuli often weaken nationalist awareness and attitude, both related to ideology, constitution, unity, diversity and sovereignty of the nation and state. The results suggest that further action required to increase student nationalism in a short, medium- and long-term efforts as to prevent external influences, especially crimes in the border areas. This study aims to determine the contribution of work stress indicators as exogenous variables an... more This study aims to determine the contribution of work stress indicators as exogenous variables and organizational commitment as endogenous variables consisting of subvariable affective, continuance, and normative commitments. The sample of respondents in the study were 150 people with analysis using the assistance of the lisrel 8.80 program. Based on the research it was found that exogenous variables affect endogenous variables. In addition, it was also found that leadership and open information indicators in companies were ranked first and second in contributing to work stress. In affective commitment are indicators of level of income and job satisfaction. In continuity of commitment is an indicator of work passion and hope for improvement in life. In normative commitment are indicators of the implementation of the reward system and work time. Based on this, it is recommended that companies need to implement appropriate and effective strategies to overcome employee stress problems ...

Data collection was done through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM approach with the help of the Lisrel 8.80 program. The results of the analysis show that the variables JE, JS, and PG have an influence on WS; and WS has an influence on JEn and CC. Explicitly, the conditions and situations faced by honorary teachers tend to create a desire to find new workplaces. This was also reinforced by the issuance of Government Regulation No. 49/2019 concerning the acceptance of workers with work agreements and prohibits the existence of honorarium status. It is recommended, it is necessary to give priority to honorary teachers by not using work contracts, but by treating them for a certain period of time, then being appointed as permanent (non-ASN) t...

Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to teacher respondents, interviews, and focus group discussions. The study found that government policies and continuance commitment had a positive influence on school performance, while the school image variables and the aspirations of parents did not have a positive influence. A more coordinated and synergic operational mechanism is needed between the government (central, provincial, district) and schools to improve dormitory school performance. The government needs to give priority to honorary teachers in recruiting workers with work agreements (PP No. 48/2018), by not implementing a system of employment agreements (contracts), but as non-ASN permanent teachers who get salary / wages in accordance with applicable regulations (recommended based on regional min...
