Customers are searching for various products and services through Google by which they can purchase wide range of products and services to fill their needs and desires at relatively low price. The freedom to select numerous products is available by browsing various websites. Hence this study focuses on Impact of digital marketing particularly in the selected rural areas of Telangana state. This state been formed recently but in the IT sector it is receiving much attention throughout the globe, as many MNC’s are establishing their operations in this state. Therefore, an attempt has been made in this study to find out how the Impact of digital marketing is trickling down in the rural and remote areas of newly formed Telangana state. Hence this study focuses the impact of digital marketing in the selected areas of Telangana state.
Textile industries can produce huge amount of waste during disposal and directly discharge into t... more Textile industries can produce huge amount of waste during disposal and directly discharge into the environment. This study is aimed to screen and identify dye degrading bacteria. Experimentation was performed by collecting waste water and soil sample from textile dumping sites. Six bacterial strains were isolate by using NAM. The identified microorganisms were Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus spp, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus spp, Bacillus spp, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 and S6) respectively. These isolates were inoculated in Nutrient Broth with five different dyes viz. Red (3BS), Orange (R.R), Yellow (3RS), Blue(R), and Turquoise (V.S.C). Decolorizing ability of dyes was observed by dye decolorization assay. Result showed that these isolates degrade almost all dyes, (S1) 50-80 %, (S2, S6) 61-84% to 5-84%, (S3, S5)75-87% to 71-86% and (S4)70-85%. The important handling & uncooked or raw foods are risk of contamination which is unfit for human consumption & leads to food-borne infection. In the present study, the antimicrobial activity of olive oil & vinegar has been suggested that both the natural preservatives were effective & shown effective bacterial reduction & used as an inhibitors of food-borne pathogens. In this study we screened the chicken meat samples. The isolated micro-organisms were E. coli, Klebsiella, Salmonella & Shigella. Metals are released in the environment in industrial effluent. Cadmium is one of the heavy metal toxic to microorganisms; however, there are yeast strains resistant to this metal. One of yeast species Candida albicans is a diploid fungus (a form of yeast) that is a causal agent of opportunistic oral and genital infections in humans. In the present study, effect of Cadmium on the growth curve of Candida albicans was demonstrated. Candida albicans was grown both in the presence and absence of Cadmium in YEPD media. Growth curves of the Candida albicans were plotted to study the growth pattern of the yeast isolate. It was found that Candida albicans grow well at 50 µg/ml concentration of cadmium. C.albicans has the ability to respond to environmental conditions and accordingly changing its cell morphology. Three main morphological forms of C.albicans are unicellular yeast, pseudohyphae and hyphae. Environmental factors are important in selectively favouring yeast or hyphal form, most important being the growth medium, incubation temperature and external pH value. Cell morphology in C.albicans is associated with changes in the expression of specific factors that are expressed exclusively in particular growth form. These growth form factors are an important target in the investigation of morphogenesis in C. albicans and in the discovery of antifungal drugs that targets the specific growth form of C. albicans.

In addition, enhancement of antimicrobial activity of ajwain by adding metal salt was also observed.The result demonstrated that both extract of ajwain give greater effectivity against all 7 bacterial spps, but zinc sulphate and calcium sulphate did not enhanced the antibacterial activity when added to ajwain extract while copper sulphate, magnesium sulphate and sodium sulphate enhanced the antibacterial activity when added to ajwain...

Bioactive compounds have been found in variety of citrus fruits that have favorable impact on human health. The major component; flavonoids have been found in the peels of citrus fruits in large amount. There are no specific data on the effect of different flatbreads on satiety and recurrent hunger, as indicated by the duration of ghrelin suppression after a meal. The present study was designed to examine the glycaemic, insulin and ghrelin responses to traditional subcontinental breads in type 2 diabetic subjects and healthy volunteers. For this purpose, twelve normoglycaemic healthy volunteers and ten type 2 diabetic patients, in the fasting state, consumed one of five common flatbreads on consecutive days. Capillary blood glucose was examined in the fasting state and serially for 5 h after a meal. Serum insulin and ghrelin levels were determined at hourly intervals for 5 h after the consumption of bran and plain chapatti flatbreads.
