In this research article, the modified approximation to the centrifugal barrier term is applied t... more In this research article, the modified approximation to the centrifugal barrier term is applied to solve an approximate bound state solutions of Dirac equation for spin and pseudospin symmetries with hyperbolic Hulthen plus hyperbolic exponential inversely quadratic potential using parametric Nikiforov–Uvarov method. The energy eigen equation and the unnormalised wave function were presented in closed and compact form. The nonrelativistic energy equation was obtain by applying nonrelativistic limit to the relativistic spin energy eigen equation. Numerical bound state energies were obtained for both the spin symmetry, pseudospin symmetry and the non relativistic energy. The screen parameter in the potential affects the solutions of the spin symmetry and non-relativistic energy in the same manner but in a revised form for the pseudospin symmetry energy equation. This dissertation presents an Approximate Bound State Solution of Relativistic Klein-Gordon Parti... more This dissertation presents an Approximate Bound State Solution of Relativistic Klein-Gordon Particles with Physical Potentials. We have solved the approximate bound state solution of the KleinGordon equation for unequal scalar and vector Hulthen potentials and Modified Hellmann plus Hylleraas potential for arbitrary l – state. We have used the parametric generalization of the NikiforovUvarov method to obtain the bound state energy eigenvalues and the corresponding wave function expressed in term of the Jacobi Polynomials. The energy eigenvalue for these two potentials were computed using different screening parameter and the numerical variation of these potentials with the radial distance between the interacting particles are shown in Table 3 and 4. The approximation scheme used in this work were compared with the centrifugal term and observed that the approximation is preferred for small screening parameters, showing that these potential are short range.

The energy eigenvalues and the corresponding wave functions expressed in terms of a Jacobi polynomial are obtained. The effect of the angle dependent part on the radial solution is also discussed. We have also discussed few special cases of this potential. In this work, we apply the parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method to obtain eigensolutions and total ... more In this work, we apply the parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method to obtain eigensolutions and total normalized wave function of Schrödinger equation expressed in terms of Jacobi polynomial using Coulomb plus Screened Exponential Hyperbolic Potential (CPSEHP), where we obtained the probability density plots for the proposed potential for various orbital angular quantum number, as well as some special cases (Hellmann and Yukawa potential). The proposed potential is best suitable for smaller values of the screening parameter α . The Nikiforov–Uvarov (NU) method was used to obtain the analytical solutions. The numerical bound state solutions of five selected diatomic molecules, namely mercury hydride (HgH), zinc hydride (ZnH), cadmium hydride (CdH), hydrogen bromide (HBr) and hydrogen fluoride (HF) molecules were also obtained. The energy eigen equation and the corresponding normalised wave function were obtained in closed form. The resulting energy eigen equation were use to study partition function and other thermodynamic properties such as vibrational mean energy, vibrational specific heat capacity, vibrational mean free energy and vibrational entropy for the proposed potential as applied to lithium hydride diatomic molecule. The thermodynamic plots obtained were in excellent agreement to work of existing literatures. By employing the Nikiforov-Uvarov functional analysis (NUFA) method, we solved the radial Schrodi... more By employing the Nikiforov-Uvarov functional analysis (NUFA) method, we solved the radial Schrodinger equation with the shifted Morse potential model. The analytical expressions of the energy eigenvalues, eigenfunctions and numerical results were determined for selected values of the potential parameters. Variations of different thermodynamic functions with temperature were discussed extensively. Different quantum information theories including Shannon entropy, Fisher information and Fisher-Shannon product of the shifted Morse potential were investigated numerically and graphically in position and momentum spaces for ground and first excited states. The quantum information theories considered satisfied their corresponding inequalities including Bialynicki–Birula–Mycielski, Stam–Cramer–Rao inequalities and the Fisher–Shannon product relation.

We obtained the energy eigen values and the total wave function . We employed Hellmann-Feynmann Theorem (HFT) to compute expectation values for four different diatomic molecules: Hydrogen molecule (H2), Lithium hydride molecule (LiH), Hydrogen Chloride molecule (HCl) and Carbon(II)Oxide molecule. The resulting energy equation reduces to three well known potentials which are: Hulthen potential, Yukawa potential and inversely quadratic potential. We obtained the numerical bound state energies of the expectation values by implementing Matlab algorithm using experimentally determined spectroscopic constant for the different diatomic molecules.
