Abstract

To create effective training programs for operators of ergatic systems, it is necessary to investigate their cognitive structures. A powerful tool for the study of the dynamics of complex systems is simulation. Cognitive structures are considered as compositions of professionally important qualities. The technology of synthesis of a composite simulation model of the cognitive structure of the operator from patterns that implement individual professional-important qualities is proposed.
