There are a few factors that could potentially contribute to the perception of poor voice quality.

The first thing to check is if the voice that you have set on the iOS Speechify app is on the Premium voices. To learn how to change the voices, click here.

You can also try to switch to another HD (high-definition), feature or AI enhanced voices to check if it is also happening on another HD voice. If it is, try to double-check your internet connection. You can also try to restart the app, by killing the app and relaunching it or try another internet connection. Premium voices require a good, strong, and stable internet connection as these voices are fetched from our servers into your device.
