In this paper, the management of flipped classrooms in (English as a Foreign Language) EFL context is discussed. A descriptive systematic (article review) method is used to analyze the flipped classrooms management in the EFL context. The aims of this study is to introduce the flipped classroom management approach as a strategy to make the lazy student to take part actively in the process of learning. The flipped classroom goal is to bring the outside classroom activities inside the class and delivers the lectures via technology means to the students into their homes. As a result, the flipped learning approach is a teaching-learning method. It helps learners to learn a second language in a different way. Currently, the technology is progressing. Therefore, managing the technology means for the flipped classroom as a contemporary model and using the flipped learning approach as a teaching method for teaching-learning activities in the EFL classes.
