Is there supposed to be some user documentation for WinPython?

I find none in the installed folder. Not even a readme.

I see the installed folder does have "Beginner's FAQ.ipynb" but the install didn't offer any program to read that format, which is not recognised by Windows. Perhaps the included "Jupyter Notebook.exe" might help... except it references a non-existent file and fails with error:

"S:\Tools\Python3\WPy64-3890\python-3.8.9.amd64\scripts\jupyter-lab.exe"' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

There is a file "Jupyter Lab.exe" (note space in name) but this fails likewise.
