[css-color-4] Testable but untested sections #6306
Description
(edited to reflect content moved to Color 5)
Added must-match and must-not-match tests with tagged and untagged images (at least for JPEG and PNG)

color-computed.html has 236 tests
These looked to be untested but some tests were in fact testing these conversions so I tagged them
Tested by the color-mix()` tests, and tagged to Interpolation as well.
All the "same as" statements are tested results.
