目前痛点
- 由于是懒加载，当使用 scss 的时候访问到需要加载资源的时候会非常慢，没有个二三十秒加载不完，并且需要进行二次访问路由才能完成请求。
- 重启服务后又要重新搞一遍，又是慢非常多，能否加入本地缓存，没有改动就不要再次编译了。
Suggested solution
- 是否可以在程序启动的时候就开始编译 scss，不要在访问到确切界面的时候再进行编译。
比如项目使用 ELP 这个组件库，那么可以将其配置为启动就加载编译它，一面出现访问界面的时候卡顿。 - 其实组件库配置好几乎就不会有任何修改了，把编译好的 scss 缓存到本地是不是就可以解决目前这个初次访问卡顿的问题？
