Using the component's name as the same name of the folder

Hello guys! A simple question.  

I'm trying to import the component using this pattern: `components/MyComp/MyComp.vue` instead of `components/MyComp/index.vue`. Is there a way to do it?  

Here at work, we use this pattern with our Nuxt projects, so we're looking for a way to do the same with this plugin.
