Overview

I applied a bad merge to the v8 branch in c3031c8#diff-3c0381f875d96b3f687dc838bf4ca4f7b0404519c1fc8a124541db4e7a119c14 and now some of the updates to rule-tester that landed in main are missing. I'll fix it.
