Another possibility: add a "community" page to the website, and only add a link to that page. The benefit is we won't be constantly updating the issue wizard.

Agreed, that'd be nice.

We haven't ended up adding any new things to the community. Just having links in the header and footer are fine, I think. Someone please say something if I'm wrong! 🙂
