#5440 -> #5463 exposed that we don't have a clear system for determining which organizations "we cannot in good conscience link to" on typescript-eslint.io. We need to have a clear policy for what would make us take action to stop a company from showing up.

For context, that list is generated automatically based on Open Collective sponsors. Companies will show up there automatically unless we do something.

This issue is just for visibility & tracking. I don't want our issue tracker to become a hotbed of angry internet commentary. Please do email me or another sponsor if you would like to discuss. I've been emailing an anonymous community member about this, and they've been very helpful in providing great feedback on the situation. ❤️
