singular/plural consistency of property in "Table 1: Components of Duration Instances" against Temporal and Intle.DateTimeFormat #44

@FrankYFTang

Description

@FrankYFTang

In ECMA Intl.DateTimeFormat, "Table 4: Components of date and time formats"

https://tc39.es/ecma402/#table-datetimeformat-components
we are using singular form of the name in the Property column
In "Table 1: Components of Duration Instances" of Stage 1 Draft / June 1, 2020
Intl.DurationFormat https://tc39.es/proposal-intl-duration-format/#sec-Intl.DurationFormat.supportedLocalesOf

most (except the "year" see #43 ) are using the plural form and therefore inconsistent with ECMA402

I understand Temporal (which is still in Stage3, not stage 4), is using the plural form and this proposal try to align with it.
But I think internal consistency within ECMA402 is more important. Could we change this to use singular form and talk to Temporal team to resolve this ?
