@weaverryan recently introduced the new php-standalone and php-symfony lexers in fabpot/sphinx-php#3. These two lexers need some extra configuration in conf.py which need to be documented in the Contributing docs:

lexers['php-standalone'] = PhpLexer(startinline=True)
lexers['php-symfony'] = PhpLexer(startinline=True)
