Description
Notifier with email transport by default uses the global sender and recipient set in mailer.{yml,php}.
The globally set sender overrides any sender set in code (https://symfony.com/doc/current/reference/configuration/framework.html#sender) and the envelope is set on mailer node making it default for all transports, this makes notifier's email channel unusable with multiple transports.
