Node.js generator implementation with OpenAPI 3.0 support #7003

Description

In the absence of official support for OpenAPI 3.0 so far, I have put together a Node.js implementation of the generator engine, using the swagger-codegen templates. It supports OpenAPI 3.0 natively, and Swagger 1.2 and 2.0 by converting the definition internally. It is a 'clean-room' re-implementation rather than a port of the Java source. It is Apache-2.0 licensed, has Docker support and work to build it for the browser has started.

It is configuration-file driven, and help would be appreciated in creating config files for languages where they do not yet exist, and especially testing the generated code. Issues should be raised on the openapi-codegen repository.
