Update crazy-max/ghaction-docker-meta -> docker/metadata-action #659
Description
The action used to generate metadata for image tags and lables seems to be a little flaky.
One possible reason for this could be that this action was moved to docker/metadata-action and had two major releases since then.
To fix this issue we should update the action to the latest release
