⚙️ Maintanance Improvment: Move auto-discovery pull-secret extractor to golang #2998
Description
The pull secret extractor which is the only componet (ignoring the zap-advanced wrapper that is pending removal) that we have that is written in python.
Would be cool to move this to go to ease our development overhead and remove one language from our repo.
