Ugh. Our integration of Google Custom Search is too hacky. I think we
should consider overhauling how we use it.
Not sure what, specifically, that involves.

The issue has been fixed on the dev website http://scikit-learn.org/dev. It will reach the stable website on the next release, i.e. 0.19. |

Description
The "powered by Google" text/image from the search bar appears right next to the scikit-learn logo, making it seem like it's about scikit-learn (e.g., this reddit thread).
Expected Results
"powered by Google" should appear under the search bar.
Actual Results
