The support page has a list for documentation of older and unavailable versions.

One possibility is to replace the broken links with references to the PDF guides where possible.

At the moment only the 0.19 link is missing from http://scikit-learn.org/dev/support.html#documentation-resources

The pdf link in the same documentation section points to an outdated sourceforge repo that only contains documentation up to 0.16.1. This was fixed in #7543 , but the link is not correct.

Maybe each older scikit-learn version in this list should have a link to the html documentation and a link to the pdf ? For instance,

Unless there is some better way of formatting this.
The pdf link would be of the form http://scikit-learn.org/0.19/_downloads/scikit-learn-docs.pdf , cf scikit-learn.github.io for the actual file path of the pdf for each release).

Thanks for pointing out that PR. Linking to an automated listing would indeed be much more practical.
