I implemented this method but results are not the one I expected. If I take the samples in one cluster of AgglomerativeClustering, the kMeans labels do not have a unique value. The only way I found was to first apply Kmeans and in a second step apply AgglomerativeClustering to the kmeans.cluster_centers_. but this way the numbers of samples in each KMeans cluster is not considered. May be this option should be open in AgglomerativeClustering ? |
