Note the Array<N, ()> use, instead of Array<(), N>:

#![feature(const_generics)]

pub type Array<T, const N: usize> = [T; N];

pub fn foo<const N: usize>() -> Array<N, ()> {
    unimplemented!()
}

This currently results in cat_expr Errd and broken MIR ICEs.
