"Delete Fork" button shows up even when I don't have permissions to delete fork. #8652

Description
In an organization, as a user with the maintain and write permissions, one should not be able to delete any repositories (destructive actions require admin). Despite this, I still see the "Delete Fork" button on forks in the organization.
Reloading the page without Refined Github, the button disappears.
