New versions of Reactabular not published to NPM for two years; latest version is 8.3.0 #367

Hey folks,
Currently npm.im/reactabular lists the latest release as 8.3.0. I understand that in general folks are supposed to use one of the different packages listed on the main page. However it does seem like the more recent releases should be published to NPM.
