Not working on Windows Server 2022 via Windows App (from macOS) #597

Hi,
I have used SharpKeys successfully via Citrix Workspace on several machine types but now I am facing the problem that I need to use "Windows App" (stupid name) to connect to a Windows Server 2022. My usual task is to switch Ctrl and Meta (Windows) keys. As usual, I start SharpKeys as Administrator and then use Add > Type Key to map
Special: Left Ctrl (00_1D) -> Special: Left Windows (E0_5B)
Special: Left Windows (E0_5B) -> Left Ctrl (00_1D)
but it has no effect. I tried with Scancode and with Unicode mode and made sure that client and server both use US keyboard (I have an US keyboard). It does recognize the keys when using "Type Key" and it successfully writes to the registry (I checked with RegEdit).
