Also, not sure where it's best to discuss, but currently it seems that having two anchor links (both at the top) are overkill for single-function pages. Or maybe different overloads should be different anchor links? currently it's not the case

This still seems to be an issue. Is it alright If I have a go at making a PR to fix it / the associated function signature? or is this planned on being handled elsewhere?
