Another not supported METAR is

METAR EDDH 251020Z 26006KT 230V290 9999 R23///// R15///// FEW032 BKN080 26/19 Q1017 NOSIG

Is it intended to make the library capable of understanding this kind of METAR at some point?

For me it is not critical, I just thought it could be good to share it.
