The Plausible stats for the main docs and packaging guide are now self-hosted by the PSF:

I think it would be useful to also add it to the PEPs website.

It's a very lightweight JS addition, and Plausible is privacy focused and records much less information that Google Analytics: https://plausible.io/privacy-focused-web-analytics

@python/infrastructure-staff Would it be possible to add peps.python.org to analytics?

@python/pep-editors Any objections to adding?
