Subject: [PATCH] [main] Update stdtypes.rst

- Added explicit mention of `del s[i]` (item deletion by index) to the Mutable Sequence Types section.
- Clarified that this operation removes the item at the specified index from the sequence.
- Addresses issue #134789.
