[coverage] codeobject.c: _PyCode_CreateLineArray

In [_PyCode_CreateLineArray](http://[droettboom.com/cpython-coverage/llvm-coverage/coverage/home/mdboom/Work/builds/cpython/Objects/codeobject.c.html), the code path where there are greater than 2**16 lines doesn't seem to be exercised.
