When shrinking and expanding Pods the UI layout breaks #13287

Bug description
When a "Pod" is shrunk and expanded the layout changes (an issue with CSS responsiveness?)
It's independent of screen resolutions. Present on 1.20.1 flatpak and tgz versions.
