Describe the PR

Add a new rule for simplifiable stream call chains, which I mean to support more patterns in the future. I added a couple to show that it's easy enough.

  • Added unit tests for fixed bug/feature
  • Passing all unit tests
  • Complete build ./mvnw clean verify passes (checked automatically by github actions)

multiple lines. It makes no sense to report violations
at the very start of the call chain
