This issue is to track work to investigate replacing Popper with Floating UI. Floating UI is a rebranded new implementation of Popper:
- Determine what needs to b done to bring Floating UI in as a dependency instead of using or branched version of Popper.
- Determine if this would be introduce breaking changes for consumers
