Describe the problem
When using the with actions code editor , after clicking the Start from scratch option, the file upload button doesn't work. This seems to be an issue only in PF version 6.2
How do you reproduce the problem?
When using PF 6.2, try to click the upload option when using the start from scratch code editor. CodeSandbox example
Expected behavior
I should be able to upload a file
Is this issue blocking you?
No. Only causing some test failures.
