Bug - Card - Update selected card state to match design guidelines #5846
Description
The selected state of the selectable and clickable card has a change in card outline. This was the design:
and this is what's in the demo (see change in outline from selected to non selected)

Following @andrew-ronaldson's and @mmenestr's feedback in the linked issue, we should update the card to match the design guidelines ie remove the darker grey border around the card when it's in the checked state
