I'd like to propose a (hopefully small) feature. I'd like to have a bit more control over some organization level permission. Basically, I would like to be able to empower more members of our organization to invite new users and configure CI apps, without empowering them to permanently delete repositories/ the organization.
A heavyweight solution here could be to allowing custom roles. But I think a lighter touch like allowing toggling whether moderator's have permission for some of the more benign actions would be fine. This would also match with the way Member level permissions are handled.
Any chance something like this is already in the works?
