Hi, GitHub Community.
I am struggling to find a solution to very frustrating problem.
When I created the account I was located in Russia so filled my location in Billing information in account settings (yeah that was certified idiot move, I know).
Immediately after confirming I was blocked to make any edits to it and only see a block message:
This situation happend half a year ago and I am no more located in Russia.
But I still can't edit this data and therefore locked from buying Copilot or "Pro" status for support to answer faster.
Speaking of support... well I opened a ticket "#3709095" and no one came to help me for this half of a year...
Is there a "built-in" way to reset billing information?
Create new GitHub account?
Wait till I get old without answer from support?
