import sample database application

I noticed that the Sample Database Application is no longer available in the newer versions of Oracle APEX. I want to use it, but I’m on APEX version 24.2, and I can’t find it anywhere in the installation options.

Does anyone know how I can import or install the Sample Database Application in APEX 24.2? Are there alternative ways to get it running in the latest version?
